Never considered it right? But now that you are, how do you utilize juice pulp and what do you make? I would say the options are endless, but I’d rather ease you into them.
Smoothie Booster
- Add vegetable or fruit pulp into your smoothies for added fiber and nutrients.
- Blend it with your favorite fruits, yogurt or milk, and a handful of greens for a nutritious boost.
Homemade Energy Bars
- Mix together dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.
- Add in vegetable or fruit pulp for added moisture and nutrition.
Press the mixture into a pan, refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
Dips and Spreads
- Combine vegetable pulp with yogurt, tahini, or cream cheese.
- Season with herbs, spices, lemon juice, or vinegar to taste.
Use as a dip for fresh vegetables or spread onto crackers or bread.
Crackers or Flatbreads
