What we Do Order Now

The purpose of a cleanse is to: clear out toxins in the body, increase energy, encourage weight loss and gain clarity and focus of mind and body.

Preparation

  • 2-3 days leading into the planned short-term cleanse, cut out all dairy and meat
  • Eat only salad, fruits, legumes and vegetables
  • Drink up to but never exceeding a gallon of natural spring water

Cleanse Drink Schedule 

Morning

  • 7 AM Gold Armour wellness shot & 16oz. of natural spring water
  •  8 AM Emerald Green juice & 8 – 16oz. of natural spring water

Mid-Day/Afternoon

  • 12 PM Don’t Beet Around red juice & 10 – 16oz. of natural spring water
  • 2 PM Emerald Green juice & 10 – 16oz. of natural spring water
  • 4 PM Don’t Beet Around red juice & 10 – 16oz. of natural spring water

Evening

  • 8 PM Banana Mania & 10 – 16oz. of natural spring water of natural spring water

Health Information

  • Ginger may-lessen swelling, lower blood sugar levels, detoxify the immune system
  • Kale contains high concentrations of vitamin K which is needed to ensure the blood can clot normally
